Be a Plant & Sing Volunteer on Columbus Day Weekend
The Plant & Sing Arts and Food festival is Sylvester Manor's major fundraising event of the year and we need your help. Greet guests at the Contradance, help set up for amazing artists, lead tours of the manor grounds and Windmill Field, mingle as a public safety staffer — there's so much to do and it all helps our mission — to cultivate, explore and preserve our lands, buildings and stories. We are looking for all kinds of help. Sign up for pre-event setup, one day, two days or two or more hours. We especially hope to identify a few extraordinary volunteer leaders to serve as "chiefs" for the event. If you are that special volunteer, or know someone who is, let us know.
